Return to Monkey Island, Ron Gilbert’s surprise and thrilling return, is a continuation of his legendary adventures games The Secret of Monkey Island (and Monkey Island 2: LeChuck’s Revenge), which were made with Lucasfilm Games.

Guybrush Threepwood has been a long time since he was last fighting an intellectual war with LeChuck who is his Zombies pirate foe. The woman he loves most, Elaine Marley, has turned her focus away from ruling and Guybrush himself is on the run and unhappy, never having realized his way to the Secret of Monkey Island. Hip, young pirate leaders with Captain Madison have removed the older guard from power, Melee Island has taken a turn for the worse, and renowned businessman Stan has been incarcerated due to “marketing-related offenses”.

Chat with old acquaintances and meet new people on the familiar islands that are which are under the control of a dangerous new leader. Next, set sail on the high seas and explore the unknown and new in your quest to get from difficult challenges. Brilliant puzzles, bizarre circumstances as well as devastating responses will be all that stands between Guybrush and glory.
