His new team includes Elie MacDowell (granddaughter of the mayor); Randy Orlando (ex-soldier who’s womanizing) along with Tio Plato (young tech genius).
Lloyd and his fellow colleagues carry on their fight for a better city, despite the fact that their organization is often ridiculed by the media.
